Wall Street Preps for Big Bonuses

by Kirk Kinder on April 27, 2009

After going through one of the worst financial crisis in decades and gobbling up billions of taxpayer dollars to stay afloat, the big Wall Street banks are already prepping to pay out fat bonuses in 2009.

So far this year, the banks have set aside $36 billion to pay employees. I sure am glad we ponied up all that tax money cause I was really nervous that these bankers might not be able to buy that new Ferrari this year. And, God forbid, these guys actually have to send their kids to a public school. (Is the sarcasm too thick?)
