		<description>I am not against protecting investors, but FINRA just wants to regulate the good guys out of business. Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) are a nuisance to the brokerage industry. Assets as well as brokers are leaving the wirehouses to go with RIA firms. If they could regulate RIAs, then they could seriously impede our operations since we don&#039;t have large staffs. Thus, the brokerage world would remain the main source for consumers.</description>
