		<description>I agree wholeheartedly. It&#039;s one thing to make a mistake, get caught up in all the hype, and buy at the top of the market. It happened to a lot of people and now many are making the correct economic decision to hand back the keys. However, that decision should be an opportunity to start saving up some cash and preparing for the future. Instead, these same people will not change their lifestyle one bit and continue to act like spendthrifts. Then, when they finally lose their house they will bitch and moan that the banks are a bunch of crooks that took their home! Tough sh*t. Just as the borrowers do not have a moral obligation to continue to pay, the banks do not have a moral obligation to keep borrowers off the streets.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The worst part of this is one of the government&#039;s many social programs will catch these economic illiterates giving them assistance that they shouldn&#039;t have needed in the first place. And that&#039;ll come straight from the taxpayers pocket. *sigh*</description>
